In our testing, we found that GreenGeeks was faster than Bluehost in most cases, especially for smaller sites. We ran multiple load tests on each company's entry-level plan and found that GreenGeeks had an average response time (RTT) of 441 milliseconds while Bluehost had an RTT of 450 milliseconds. That's only a 2% difference, but it adds up over time if you're trying to run your site smoothly under heavy load.
